Hi InvestShares team

I'm trying to make my first withdraw but it was rejected
i don't know what is the problem because i have the requirement
for the first withdrawal

Rules for receiving payment.

1. Be generally active in the PTC.
2. To have posted the previous payment (if existent) in the Forum.
3. All users must invest at least 1$ every 6 months to receive payments again.
4. ONLY users who never invested before need 300 cashout points to receive payment.

I have all this requirement Sir but when i made the withdraw for the first time
they canceled it and now i can't withdraw until 9 oct
